QUAI DES ENTREPRENEURS, the new nursery of companies, allows you to create your French company and to settle it you in the heart of the port of Paris Gennevilliers, first river port of France and the second port river in Europe.

Within a building renovated in 2005, this structure is specialized in guiding of the young companies of international trade, import export, of transport logistics, e-business and services for companies. It proposes offices as well as small premises of activities: storing or handling.

Every contractor benefits from an individualized and regular accompanying proposed by the CCIP Hauts de Seine. Every term, during a following-up interview, the councillor proposes a support for the contractor: management, financing, trainings, advices...

As a support, many partners contribute to the success of companies in particular specialists in logistics: PARIS TERMINAL, GEODIS, SCHENKER, VEOLIA, banks and insurance company: BDPME-OSEO, FORTIS Banque, BANQUE POPULAIRE and GAN Groupama Transport.

Premises and price

- Offices from 10 to 35 m ² in 21€ HT / DC / M ² / month.

- Premises of activities from 35 to 65 m ² in 16€ HT / DC / M ² / month.

Criterions of selection

- Company in phase of creation or less than 2 years old

- Branches of industry: international trade, transport, logistics, electronic commerce and service with the companies.

 - Non-polluting companies.

Application process

-  To pass on an application by mail (contact@quai-des-entrepreneurs.com) to see list of piece to which must be provided following.

-  From the application receipt, the young companies Service Start-ups and Development of the CCIP (the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Hauts-de-Seine will contact the person concerned and will fill in an application with this one if necessary.

-  Within one month after application acceptance, the company designer will expound his plan in front of a consent committee.

-  After due deliberation, the complainant is informed of the answer at once and in case of right answer and space within (pépinière?), he will integrate quickly this last.
